Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on web development experience with WordPress
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with technical SEO, structured data and performance optimization
• Ability to translate marketing goals into technical execution

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and templates (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Develop and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and lead captures
• Manage site performance, uptime, security, updates, and backups across all properties
• Implement responsive, accessible designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Own technical SEO across properties (crawlability, indexation, redirects, sitemaps)
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed; maintain structured data/schema
• Collaborate with marketing/admissions, content, IT and external partners
• Document processes, standards, and site configurations
