Job summary

Postali is seeking a senior WordPress developer to build custom sites and connected marketing systems with AI-assisted development. You’ll own technical direction across the full website lifecycle and mentor an in-house developer and freelancers.

You will connect WordPress with CRMs, call tracking, ads and analytics platforms, ensuring performance, accessibility and reliability while shaping coding standards and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional WordPress development with a portfolio.
• Advanced PHP and WordPress engineering skills, including hooks, actions and templates.
• Experience with REST API and webhook integrations.
• Experience mentoring developers and directing external development partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop page templates, blocks, CPTs and taxonomies; create admin fields and forms.
• Maintain and evolve Postali's Core and Crest themes and shared components.
• Own the full website development lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch support.
• Lead internal and freelance developers, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Build and maintain integrations with CRM, analytics, ads and marketing platforms.
