We serve hundreds of clients across North America and we're expanding rapidly.

Role & Responsibility

This is a full-time remote role for a WordPress Technical Support Specialist. We provide support via a combination of live chat (M-F during business hours) and a ticketing system. The ability to communicate effectively with customers to help resolve their questions and issues is paramount. The types of things you'll be asked to assist with run the range from helping users with using WordPress and Member Splash to debugging complex technical issues. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with WordPress, Gravity Forms and various Gravity Forms addons like Gravity Perks. You know how to use WP error logging, Chrome Dev Tools, server logs and more to identify and resolve software bugs, plugin conflicts and incorrect settings -- things like misconfigured form feeds or errors in conditional logic rules.

The job requires working US hours but as we serve customers in multiple time zones there is some flexibility around days and times. Our peak coverage times are M-F from 9am - 8pm Eastern time.

US-based full time employees are eligible for a 401k with a 5% match; health benefits; paid time off and more. We're open to offshore hires but again, you must be able to work within the required hours and English fluency is a must.
