Job summary

Serenity-Healthcare-1 is seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to own, maintain, and enhance its WordPress-based web platform from the Sandy Springs office. You will lead front-end and back-end development, optimize performance, and support marketing tech, analytics, and CRO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain WordPress website and related web properties.
• Develop engaging front-end experiences using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Implement designs provided by marketing and creative teams.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, usability, and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain server-side functionality using PHP and MySQL.
• Create and support API integrations with third-party business systems and marketing platforms.
• Design scalable solutions that support business growth and evolving digital requirements.
• Manage website architecture and database performance.
• Partner with the VP of Marketing to improve performance, lead generation, and CRO.
• Own website analytics and tracking implementations; manage GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure engagement, campaigns, and conversions.
• Ensure security, backups, hosting, SEO, and performance monitoring.
