Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to own, maintain, and enhance its WordPress-based web platform. You will drive development, security, performance, and ongoing evolution of the corporate site and digital properties, reporting to the VP of Marketing.

The role blends marketing technology, SEO, analytics, and CRO with hands-on coding across front-end and back-end tasks, shaping a strong digital presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Experience with Git version control and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting marketing tech, analytics, and conversion optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain WordPress website and related web properties.
• Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and functionality.
• Build landing pages, microsites for campaigns, and new features.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly sites across browsers and devices.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to improve performance and conversions.
