Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to enhance marketing tech, websites, and dashboards in collaboration with marketing, intake, and IT teams. You will own performance across multiple sites, implement features, and optimize UX with a focus on accessibility and speed.

The role requires deep WordPress expertise, strong JS skills, and experience with automation and analytics tools. Collaborative, team-driven environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of full stack development experience.
• 5 years of WordPress experience.
• Strong HTML/CSS, Bootstrap proficiency.
• Experience with vanilla JavaScript and modern JS frameworks.
• Familiarity with WordPress theme builders (Divi/Thrive).
• Familiarity with phpMyAdmin for database management.
• Strong SEO and accessibility knowledge.
• Experience with marketing tracking and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple websites and key landing pages for performance and reliability.
• Oversee website vitals and performance metrics.
• Develop, test and debug clean, maintainable code.
• Design and optimize UX/interactions in web apps.
• Ensure responsive design and accessibility across devices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimization.
• Set up servers and databases; build automation for campaigns.
• Build dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Collaborate with designers to implement new features.
• Maintain security, scalability, and speed of development work.
• Provide guidance to team members and oversight on projects.
• Integrate third-party apps and APIs with our platform.
