• 5+ years of professional web development experience on customer-facing sites.
• Extensive WordPress development including custom themes, plugins, APIs, multisite, and performance.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and backend development.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, UX, and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO and Core Web Vitals best practices.
• Excellent ownership, problem-solving, and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve customer-facing digital experiences across our portfolio.
• Lead development from concept through deployment and collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Design, and Data teams.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into effective web experiences.
• Ensure site performance and accessibility standards.
