Job summary

Serenity Health Care in Sandy Springs, GA seeks a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to own and evolve our WordPress platform. You will drive website development, performance, security, and marketing-technology integrations to support demand and lead generation.

The role requires with 5+ years of full-stack experience, strong PHP/MySQL, WordPress, and front-end skills, plus collaboration with the Marketing department to improve conversions and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack web development.
• Experience with WordPress-based websites.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JS and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git version control and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, security, hosting, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting digital marketing, demand generation, and CRO initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and non-technical users.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the WordPress website and related properties.
• Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and functionality.
• Create new pages, landing pages, and microsites for campaigns.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible sites.
• Back-end development with PHP and MySQL; API integrations.
• Support marketing tech stack integrations (CRM, marketing automation).
• Execute CRO initiatives and analyze performance data.
• Monitor security, performance, and hosting environments.
• Collaborate with VP of Marketing and stakeholders on initiatives.
