Job summary

Windsor-Fashions-LLC seeks a Woodshop Coordinator to support new store openings, refreshes, and ongoing fixture production at our California locations. You will build, laminate, and ship custom fixtures, coordinating deliveries and schedules with the Woodshop Manager to ensure on-time results.

This role requires carpentry experience, proficiency with office tools, and the ability to travel to local stores as needed. Maintain a safe, organized shop environment daily.

Qualifications

• At least one year of fine carpentry experience in woodworking or fabrication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to operate light machinery and occasional forklift.
• California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to travel to local stores and vendors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cut and build wooden fixtures for new store openings and renovations.
• Finish, laminate, and prep furniture for store delivery.
• Collaborate with Woodshop Manager to track builds and projects.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of deliverables and shipment dates.
• Coordinate packing, staging, and transport of fixtures to stores.
• Monitor supplies and reorder to prevent delays.
• Participate in weekly woodshop maintenance and keep space clean.
• Assist with loading fixtures and organizing the shop environment.
• Communicate priorities and progress to management.
