Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics is seeking a dedicated Woodshop Machine Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality wood products efficiently. You will operate and maintain woodworking machinery, fabricate parts from CAD drawings, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements include 5 years of experience with CNC machines or woodworking, a high school diploma or GED with welding coursework, and proficiency with CAD/CNC concepts.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with CNC machines and/or woodworking.
• 5 years manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or GED with welding coursework.
• Basic reading, math, and computer data entry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodshop machinery and perform basic fabrication tasks.
• Apply knowledge of woodworking techniques, CAD/CNC processes and finishing.
• Fabricate products from CAD drawings and contribute to product improvements.
• Build from technical drawings and suggest improvements to processes.
• Work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
