Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within custom millwork, retail fixtures, or high-end commercial manufacturing.
• Deep technical knowledge of materials including wood, laminates, metals, glass, and lighting components.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, shop prints, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder management.

• Develop comprehensive project schedules and track milestones to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement to manage material specs, BOMs, and timelines.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement proactive corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Monitor profitability and cost-tracking to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate prototype approvals and logistics for multi-location retail rollouts.

• Develop comprehensive project schedules, tracking critical milestones to ensure on-time fulfillment.


• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to manage material specifications, BOM accuracy, and production timelines.


• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to communicate status updates and manage scope changes.


• Mitigate project risks by identifying potential production bottlenecks and implementing proactive corrective measures.


• Monitor project profitability and cost-tracking to ensure financial targets are met.
