Job summary

Our client is looking for a Rebate Analyst whose primary functions are to process customer rebate contract, ensure rebate data is accurate, support high-volume rebate processing in a fast-paced environment, partner with the sales team and other cross-functional stakeholders, etc.

• Ensure accurate setup, tracking, calculation, and processing of rebate agreements.
• Monitor compliance with rebate terms and deadlines.
• Generate and review reports on rebate accruals, claims, and payouts.
• Analyze trends and identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Develop detailed process documentation for core rebates processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 3+ years combined experience in accounting, finance, or audit
• Strong financial, analytical, and technical skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both written and verbal
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams
• Prior work experience with SAP (Preferred)

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Hourly range is $30/hr - $40/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
