Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grill temperature throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo and management; ensure proper temps and cleanliness.
• Manage protein tickets and ensure proper food temperatures per specs.
• Follow sanitation protocols; perform opening and closing duties.
