The role requires strong retail management experience, ability to lead a high-volume store, recruit and train staff, and maintain merchandising and operational standards with a focus on safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience is required.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location.
• Proven recruiting, hiring and training skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsabilités

• Drive and teach the P’s of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, Pro Services).
• Engage customers and ensure quality service from store associates.
• Strategically merchandise and follow brand guidelines for in-store presentation.
• Maintain store safety and loss prevention standards.
• Support the Chief Executive Merchant by modeling exceptional customer service and leading by example.
• Supervise and train associates, and manage schedules during peak periods.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing and handling inventory.
