Qualifikationen

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-volume location.

• Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service following company guidelines.
• Teach and adhere to retail principles: People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion.
• Merchandise strategically and maintain store presentation standards.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and inventory analysis using reports.
• Schedule staff coverage during peak periods and manage performance.
• Train, develop, and supervise store associates; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Interface with corporate HQ and manage store operations daily.
