Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Nursing Director of Women''s Services for Framingham, MA. This full-time role supports the CNO, overseeing nursing operations across multiple units with 24/7 accountability.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, an associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), and at least 2 years of hospital nursing management experience; CPR is required. Relocation assistance or sign-on bonuses may be available.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the practicing state.
Associate degree in Nursing plus BSN or higher.
Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management in a hospital setting.
Current CPR certification.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational support to the CNO and nursing leadership team.
Oversee nursing practice and patient care across assigned units.
Assist with planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing operations.
Maintain 24/7 accountability for assigned clinical areas.
Promote high-quality, safe patient care and ensure competencies.
Manage staffing and resource requirements for patient care.
Lead, role-model, and advocate for professional nursing practice.
Collaborate with hospital leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
Perform additional leadership responsibilities as required.
