Tenet Massachusetts seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Women’s Services in Framingham, MA. The role leads nursing and patient care across multiple units, reporting to the CNO and ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Ideal candidate will have an RN license, 2+ years in hospital management, and a BSN or equivalent. MSN preferred. This leadership position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to staff competency and resource management.

Formación

• Education: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
• Experience: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
• Certification/License: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the senior executive position (CNO) responsible for all nursing and other designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization.
• Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a multi-unit level.
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
