Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Women’s Services in Natick, MA. This leadership role reports to the CNO and oversees nursing and patient care across multiple units, ensuring high-quality, safe care.

The Director will guide planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practice, maintain regulatory compliance, and model clinical excellence with strong communication and staff development skills. This is a full-time on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting.
• BSN or higher degree; MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) for nursing and designated patient care functions.
• Assume 24/7 responsibility for the Director’s assigned areas and coordinate multi-unit nursing practice.
• Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice across units.
• Ensure high quality, safe patient care and appropriate resource management.
