Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program with nursing degree(s).
• Licensed RN in WA or multi-state compact license.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS from American Heart Association.
• 1 year of RN experience.
• Chronic care management and patient education skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the clinic flow.
• Provides continuity of care across care settings.
• Triages patients in person and by phone.
• Assesses nursing needs and develops nursing diagnoses.
• Participates with providers to develop and implement plan of care.
• Analyzes diagnostic/lab results and relays to providers.
• Oversees medical assistants within guidelines.
