Job summary

Overlake is seeking a Clinic Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, documenting per policy and clinical pathways.

The role includes directing clinical staff and coordinating with the care team to optimize resource use and outcomes. The ideal candidate has WA RN licensure, CPR certification, and 2 years of ambulatory or med-surg experience, with EHR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.
• Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg.
• Electronic health record experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care per policies and standards.
• Ensure quality of nursing services delivered by self and supervised staff.
• Provide daily direction to non-provider clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the health care team to optimize resource use.
