Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with standards of care and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, coordinating education for patients and families, collaborating with physicians and the care team, documenting changes, and communicating with supervisors and physicians. WA RN license and BLS by start date required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma/ADN/BSN/MSN) required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in WA or hold NLC license.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS - AHA by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and acts as patient advocate.
• Assesses the comprehensive nursing needs of a patient group.
• Coordinates patient and family education.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care with the care team.
• Communicates effectively with supervisor and physician.
