EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Women’s Care Clinic to deliver direct patient care, coordinate with the care team, and support patient education and case management as needed.

The role offers a wage range of $45.19–$82.30 per hour plus additional per diem rate and potential premiums for shift or credentials. Per diem positions require compliance with nursing standards and hospital policies.

Competenze

• Chronic care management and patient education skills are required.
• 1 year of RN experience is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington (or NLC) is required.

Mansioni

• Manages the clinic flow.
• Provides continuity of care across care settings.
• Triages patients in person and via phone.
• Assesses nursing needs and develops a nursing diagnosis.
• Participates in plan of care with providers.
• Reviews diagnostic/lab results and communicates with providers.
• Coordinates timely reporting of critical results.
• Supervises medical assistants to ensure guideline-conforming care.
