Job summary

The University of Michigan-Dearborn is seeking an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. This position assists with all phases of the program in accordance with NAIA, Conference and University rules, regulations, and policies, including coaching, recruiting, evaluating prospective student-athletes, public relations and administrative tasks.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level.

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Excellent computer and social media skills.
• Background check and departmental recruiting test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of the women's soccer program in accordance with NAIA, Conference and University rules, regulations, and policies.
• Coach and recruit prospective student-athletes; evaluate them.
• Engage in public relations and perform administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Coach.
