Job summary

The University of Michigan-Dearborn is seeking an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach to support all aspects of the program in line with NAIA and University policies. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, evaluating prospective student-athletes, public relations, and administrative tasks under the Head Coach’s supervision.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, collegiate coaching or playing experience, knowledge of NAIA rules, recruiting ability, and strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Collegiate coaching or playing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of NAIA rules and intercollegiate athletics.
• Strong recruiting experience and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and computer/social media skills.
• Background check and recruiting test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and game-day duties as assigned by Head Coach.
• Recruiting and evaluating prospective student-athletes.
• Public relations and program administration.
• Additional duties as needed.
