Job summary
West Boca Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Women’s Services RN to provide high quality nursing care to post-partum patients and neonates, coordinating care and ensuring safety and family-centered support.
The role includes delivery room attendance, FHR monitoring interpretation, and care for both low- and high-risk obstetric patients. The position requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/NRP, and 1+ year of relevant experience, with a night shift and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 paid over 24
Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate of an RN program.
- Preferred: BSN in Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality nursing care to post-partum patients and neonates.
- Coordinate and integrate patient care based on patient/family needs.
- Discharge planning with optimum care in a family-centered environment.
- Circulate on surgical cases in the LDRP OR and manage FHR monitoring.
