Job summary

West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton is seeking a Women’s Services RN to provide safe, family-centered care for postpartum mothers and neonates. You will apply nursing processes, monitor fetal heart rates, and assist with delivery room duties while adhering to professional standards.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and NRP within 90 days if not already held, with Night shift, Full-time scheduling and a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate of an RN program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum: 1 year Med/Surg or nursery/mother-baby/Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
• Florida RN License, BLS, ACLS; NRP required on hire or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe nursing care to postpartum patients and neonates.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care with family involvement.
• Follow safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
• Discharge patients with optimal care; document in EHR promptly.
• Circulate on surgical cases in LDRP OR and monitor FHR tracing.
