A leading healthcare provider in Naples, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Women’s & Children’s Pavilion. This role involves independently planning and implementing nursing care for mothers post-delivery. The ideal candidate will work in a supportive environment promoting mother-baby bonding and will need an RN license and BLS certification. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and participation in quality improvement activities. This full-time position offers a 12-hour night schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida.
• BLS certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Knowledge of common obstetrical/neonatal nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care.
