Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Practice Administrator for Women’s Services to oversee new and existing practice locations. You will coordinate operations, analyze business growth, and lead strategic initiatives across locations to standardize practices, systems, safety, and policies.

Understanding TriHealth goals, benchmarking, and performance improvement will guide daily activities. This role partners with TriHealth leadership to support high-quality patient care and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficient with computers and data management.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: provide oversight and direction to the Practice locations.
• Business Growth and Development: participate in strategic planning, budgeting and revenue monitoring.
• Relationship/Culture: implement models of care, policies, and cultural norms to deliver superior patient care.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: ensure open communication across teams, providers and staff.
• Provider Engagement: coordinate onboarding, credentials, licensure, CME, EPIC training templates.
• Quality/Safety/Satisfaction: set goals and initiatives to improve care and safety.
• Regulation: ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, OSHA and state regulations.
