Job summary

TriHealth Women’s Services in Ohio seeks a clinical supervisor to lead the medical assistants and back-office staff, improving efficiency and continuity of patient care. You will collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and adherence to clinical standards.

The role requires clinical MA experience, integrity, and strong leadership, with day shifts and no weekend/on-call commitments in a supportive health system.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years clinical healthcare experience as Medical Assistant
• Pharmacology knowledge required
• Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and managed care plans
• CLIA (lab) processes and procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Responsibilities

• Documents all care rendered and actions taken for patients.
• Assist with billing, enrollment, payroll deductions, and budgeting.
• Lead day-to-day clinical staff including medical assistants and back office staff.
• Coordinate with front office for triage and patient flow; maintain exam rooms and inventories.
• Ensure privacy, decontamination, and compliance with JCAHO standards.
