Job summary

TriHealth is seeking an Office Supervisor for the Good Sam Hospital in Cincinnati to lead day-to-day operations and supervise clerical staff. The role focuses on staffing, equipment maintenance, supply management, and HIPAA/compliance adherence within a collaborative health system.

You will guide front-line operations, support staff development, and work with leaders to deliver high-quality patient-centered service in Radiation Oncology and related departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 - 4 years experience in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Administration and Operations Management coordinates daily departmental operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and achievement of organizational goals.
• Leadership and Staff Supervision provides leadership, supervision, and performance management for direct-report team members with coaching and evaluations.
• Customer Service and Revenue Cycle Support oversees scheduling processes, insurance verification, authorizations, customer account management, and related documentation.
• Training, Education, and Professional Development facilitates onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing development of team members.
• Quality, Compliance, and Clinical Support maintains knowledge of departmental operations and ensures regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
• Coaching, Counseling, and Team Development provides ongoing coaching and development for staff and aligns with policies.
• Working Supervisor Responsibilities ensures adequate staffing and operational coverage and participates in process improvement initiatives.
