The Residence at Great Woods in Norton, MA is hiring a Director of Nursing. The role is full-time and requires MA-licensed LPN or RN with experience in MA. You will lead nursing care, coordinate resident services and ensure quality outcomes for seniors in a supportive community.

As a department head, you will hire and supervise staff, implement care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a culture of excellent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or RN in Massachusetts with active license.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in senior care.
• Knowledge of dementia care and state regulations.
