Avancer Homes LLC seeks a Director of Womens Sales to lead all sales functions for Womens outerwear, driving profitability and strategic growth. The role demands building strong relationships with major department stores, collaborating with production and design, and translating trends into compelling product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in womens apparel or outerwear sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and excellent negotiation and showroom presentation

Responsibilities

• Lead all womens outerwear sales functions and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, production, design, and other teams.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with major department stores.
• Strategize with Sales team and CEO on new initiatives to drive sales and planning objectives.
• Collaborate with design to align trends, colors, silhouettes, and product offerings.
• Negotiate end-of-season profitability and create seasonal strategies.
• Oversee monthly competitive shop and ad hoc projects.
