Job summary

Express's PHOENIX Internship Program offers a 10-week paid internship for rising juniors, seniors and graduate students to work with experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retailer. Qualifications

• Four‑days‑in‑office; in Columbus HQ.

Responsibilities

• Understand our customer by direct competitive patterning and in-store feedback.
• Research trends via runway, aspirational brands and social platforms and report to Leadership.
• Oversee sample management and ordering process.
• Maintain Merchant Financial and Product Reporting/Recaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution from development to launch of styles.

Overview

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands‑on experience in an area of interest and cross‑functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand dedicated to a design philosophy rooted in modern, confident and effortless style whether dressing for work, everyday or special occasions. Bonobos menswear brand is known for being a style instigator and offering perfect‑fit risks through our innovative retail model and personalized experience.

The Women's Merchandising Summer Internship position will support our Express brand. The Summer 2027 Internship Program takes place from June 2nd to August 5th. This internship is located at our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
