Job summary

PHOENIX Internship Program, hosted by PHOENIX Retail, LLC, offers a 10-week paid internship for rising juniors, seniors, and graduate students to work with experienced professionals at our Columbus headquarters.

You will gain hands-on experience across accounting and cross-functional teams, with workshops, networking, and real project exposure, supporting finance, inventory, and cross-brand operations.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the 10-week program.
• Willing to relocate to Columbus, OH; housing not provided.
• Commit to the entire 10-week duration (June 2–Aug 5).
• Preferred GPA at or above 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Accounting professionals and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze and reconcile store level cash, credit card and gift card activity.
• Assist in invoice processing and payment creation, manual expense report auditing and real estate check reconciliation.
• Assist in balance sheet account reconciliations, monthly process and journal entry audits.
• Support physical inventory reconciliation and analysis as well as tracking of vendor fabric commitments.

Overview

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand dedicated to a design philosophy rooted in modern, confident and effortless style whether dressing for work, everyday or special occasions.
