The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company.

The Production & Sourcing Internship will support our Express brand. The Summer 2027 Internship runs June 2 through August 5 at the Columbus, Ohio headquarters, featuring hands-on projects, cross‑functional collaboration, and mentorship.

• Manage purchase order, production deadlines and approval dates
• Support with vendor communication
• Interact with Merchant and Planning & Allocation partners for order management
• Attend milestone meetings with Executive Leadership

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands‑on experience in an area of interest and cross‑functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand dedicated to a design philosophy rooted in modern, confident and effortless style whether dressing for work, everyday or special occasions. Bonobos menswear brand is known for being a style instigator and offering perfect‑fit risks through our innovative retail model and personalized experience.

The Production & Sourcing Internship position will support our Express brand. The Summer 2027 Internship Program takes place from June 2nd to August 5th. This internship is located at our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

• Available to:
  • Work full‑time (40 hours per week)
  • Embrace our four‑days‑in‑office approach
  • Relocate to office location (Housing accommodations not provided)
  • Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program (June 2nd - August 5th)
• Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
