PHOENIX Retail, LLC's PHOENIX Internship Program in Columbus, OH offers a 10-week, paid summer experience for rising juniors, seniors and graduate students. You'll work with and learn from seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to a multi-brand retail company.

You'll tackle supply chain reporting, data analytics, and network planning tasks, participate in cross-functional projects, and benefit from mentorship, workshops and networking with leaders.

Qualificações

• Open to rising juniors, seniors and graduate students.
• Must be able to work full-time for 10 weeks (40 hours/week).
• Relocation to Columbus HQ required; housing not provided.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Overview

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a 10-week, paid program that offers rising Junior and Senior undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals while gaining exposure to a multi-brand retail company. The internship program provides hands-on experience in an area of interest and cross-functional collaboration while developing valuable professional skills.

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand dedicated to a design philosophy rooted in modern, confident and effortless style whether dressing for work, everyday or special occasions. Bonobos menswear brand is known for being a style instigator and offering perfect-fit risks through our innovative retail model and personalized experience.

The Summer 2027 Internship Program takes place from June 2nd to August 5th. This internship is located at our Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

What will you be working on this Summer?

• Compile and review reporting related to all supply chain activities to track product flow and identify data gaps and/or process improvements
• Use data analytics and reporting to influence decision making and overall network planning
• Effectively manage transportation exceptions by reviewing mitigation options and cost impacts to determine appropriate actions
• Participate in regular touchpoints with internal and external logistics partners to understand the current network and potential business impact based on current logistics market trends.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and the proper dissemination across all facets of the logistics network

Requirements

• Available to:
  • Work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Embrace our four-days-in-office approach
  • Relocate to office location (Housing accommodations not provided)
  • Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program (June 2nd - August 5th)
• Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
