Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred; ADN holders must enroll in a BSN within 12 months of hire and complete within 4 years.
• 1-2 years RN experience required.
• RN license in state or compact state required.
• CPR (BLS/NRP) within 90 days required.
• C-EFM certification required within 12 months for perinatal nurses.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide relationship-based care and ensure patient safety and quality.
• Identify and respond to clinical changes and coordinate discharge planning.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice and ongoing learning.
