Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Women’s Health Account Executive for the San Fernando Valley/Ventura County/Central Coast region of California. This field-based role covers Ventura County, San Luis Obispo, and Paso Robles.

Total earnings range from $180,000 to $200,000 annually, with an uncapped incentive plan and potential annual bonuses. The candidate will close new business in the specialized testing market, manage relationships with OB/GYNs, fertility clinics, and hospitals, and drive growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years healthcare B2B sales in women's health diagnostics.
• Track record closing new business and expanding relationships.
• Experience selling to physicians/medical professionals preferred.
• Hunter mentality required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in assigned area through up-selling of existing accounts, new lead generation, referrals and relationships with prospective Women’s Health customers.
• Target and close new specialty testing opportunities.
• Coordinate with assigned Account Executives in the district to grow opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of connectivity products and present proposals/bids.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations and complete admin tasks promptly.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Women’s Health specialty testing and knowledge growth.
