Quest Diagnostics seeks a Women’s Health Account Executive to close new business in the specialized testing market, targeting OB/GYNs, fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinology, perinatology, maternal fetal medicine groups, and hospitals. This field-based role covers Ventura County/San Luis Obispo/Paso Robles, California, and the successful candidate must reside in the area.

Total earnings (base salary plus uncapped incentive plan) range from $180,000 to $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare B2B sales experience selling specialty diagnostics in Women’s Health space.
• Proven track record of closing new business and expanding relationships.
• Healthcare, laboratory, or diagnostics sales to medical professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in assigned districts through up-selling and new lead generation.
• Target and close new specialty testing opportunities.
• Collaborate with assigned Account Executives in the district.
• Maintain knowledge of connectivity products and prepare proposals/bids.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Women’s Health specialty testing.
