Job summary

Harris Regional Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an experienced Clinical Coordinator (RN) for Women’s Care. The position is full-time days, with Monday–Friday 8a–5p and no weekends or major holidays.

The role focuses on gynecologic and prenatal care through delivery, coordinating care and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate holds an active NC RN license (compact state accepted), an associate degree (BSN preferred), and certifications in BLS; ACLS and PALS within

Qualifications

• Performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Documents medical necessity in the medical record.
• Completes and revises Interdisciplinary Care Plans.
• Conducts timely QI assessments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
