Job summary

The Connection is launching a NEW Residential Program, Women’s Bridge, to support women with mental health needs who are transitioning back to the community after incarceration. The Case Manager/Job Developer will provide structure, case management and job development for justice-involved women, using a strengths-based and client-centered approach.

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with recovery or justice-involved populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women re-entering the community.
• Utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Coordinate services and supports to aid successful community reintegration.
