Job summary

The Connection is launching Women’s Bridge, a new 8-bed residential program for women with mental health needs transitioning from incarceration. The Case Manager/Job Developer will deliver case management, job development, and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community, using a strengths-based approach.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) with experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and job development to justice-involved women re-entering the community.
• Maintain structured, compassionate, client-centered boundaries while supervising program activities.
• Support recovery, life skills development, and successful community reintegration for residents.
