Are you an individual who wants to make an impact on the lives of others? The Connection is opening a NEW Residential Program that will support women with mental health needs who are transitioning to the community after a period of incarceration.
Women’s Bridge is an 8-bed residential work release program that supports women with identified mental health needs as they transition from incarceration back into the community. Using a gender-responsive and trauma-informed approach, the program provides individualized support focused on recovery, employment, life skills development, and successful community reintegration. Through structured programming and case management, Women’s Bridge helps residents build the skills, stability, and supports needed to achieve greater independence, reduce recidivism, and lead productive, healthy lives.
The Case Manager/Job Developer will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
