Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One or more years of successful playing experience at high school, college, or professional levels preferred.
• Previous collegiate coaching experience preferred, NAIA/NCAA or junior college experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Women's Basketball Coach in planning and conducting practices, workouts, and skill-development sessions.
• Serve as a primary resource for individual player development and game preparation.
• Develop and implement individual player development plans in collaboration with the Head Coach.
• Support recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes in line with NAIA/SSAC and Wesleyan College rules.
• Coordinate team travel logistics and maintain travel itineraries.
• Represent Wesleyan College's women's basketball program professionally in all activities.
