Job summary

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations.
  • Previous budgeting procedures and strong communication and management skills required.
  • Must be available to travel and work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Coach with practice and game-day decisions, developing training drills for player skill development and leading positional portions of practice.
  • Scout opponents and provide analysis to support competitive preparation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate prospective student-athletes from throughout the country in accordance with Conference and NCAA regulations.
  • Attend departmental meetings, programs, and clinics.
  • Assist with fund-raising efforts as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
