Job summary

Lesley International is seeking a part-time Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach to join our Athletics department. The role involves practice planning, recruitment, player development, and competition strategies to support the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball program.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and collegiate coaching experience or equivalent competition experience. A valid U.S. driver's license is required, as well as the ability to work nights, weekends, and travel.

Qualifications

• Experience competing at the college, semi-professional, professional, or international level required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license or ability to commute to practices/competitions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with practice planning, recruitment, and player development.
• Implement competition strategies and support individual skill development.
• Help lead the NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball program.
