Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPIs for safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers about appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to balance workload and manage WMS at floor level.
• Collaborate with inventory team to resolve order issues.
• Interface with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
