Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI targets for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers on appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload and manage WMS down to the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
