Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and WMS systems.
• Forklift experience often required.
• Equipment certification may be needed depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations and KPI tracking.
• Create and maintain dock schedules and load plans.
• Coordinate with carriers and operations to manage load statuses.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site staff to resolve order issues.
• Maintain Excel reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
