Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. You will utilize WMS/ERP systems to transact, count, and stage materials for production and shipping.

The role requires experience with inventory control processes, WMS/ERP familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Join a team focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., E2/JobBoss).
• Understanding of cycle counting and staging best practices.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transactions using WMS/ERP software to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Pick, package, and stage materials for production and outbound shipments.
• Receive, validate, and document incoming shipments from suppliers or vendors.
• Track materials sent to outsourced finishing services and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate warehouse organization, labeling, and part identification.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Support warehouse process control through standardized workflows and reporting.
• Assist in resolving inventory issues and escalating inconsistencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental goals.
